I understand that a blood test must be submitted for athletes 18 or older only at check in for HIV and hepatitis panel within 6 months of event. If valid blood test is not submitted the athlete will not be allowed to compete per Louisiana Athletic Commission. Athletes under 18 no blood test is required.(Required)
