  • Athlete Check in will be held friday May 1 from 1pm-5pm at Shreveport Convention Center in Hall A.
  • All athletes and coaches must bring state ID and Bloodwork to check in.
  • There will be no day of registration allowed.
  • Free transfers will be allowed until March 31 2026. Transfers from April 1 -May 1 will require a $50 transfer fee.
  • Bloodwork must be submitted at Athlete Check in for all athletes 18 and over.   Kids 5-17 do not need Bloodwork.
  • Bloodwork must be within 6 months of the event per the Louisiana State Athletic Commission.
  • If current bloodwork is not turned in in person the athlete will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.
  • All athletes 5-adult will wear full gear 10 or 8 oz Gloves, Shin Pads, Elbow pads, Head gear, hand wraps, Mouthpiece, Groin Protector.
  • Gloves, Shin Pads, Elbow Pads Chest shields will be provided by the tournament.
  • Athletes are not allowed to wear their own gloves, shin pads, elbow pads or chest shields
  • Athletes are responsible to provide their own Headgear Mouthpiece, groin Protector, and Hand wraps
  • Athletes may use gauze and tape or cloth hand wraps.  Cloth hand wraps must be taped.
  • All Class C Jr athletes 5-17 years old must wear a chest shield
  • No head Strikes option will be allowed for Jr Class C Athletes only.
  • Only 3 coaches will be allowed in each corner during the fight.
